Ingredients:
Ripe Banana
Strawberries
Blueberries
2 table spoons Vanilla yoghurt ( I use low fat)
splash of orange juice
Table spoon of muesli
Method and preparation:
Freeze the fruits over night ( no need for ice)
Add all the ingredients above into a blender and whizz it up for about 30 seconds.
Pour into glass and enjoy :)
