Ingredients:
Half onion (diced)
Half of a white cabbage ( finely chopped)
1 large grated carrot
Mayonnaise/vegannaise
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon English mustard
Cayenne pepper( optional)
Preparation Method:
Add the onion, cabbage and grated carrot into a large bowl and give a quick stir.
In a separate small bowl add a tablespoon of Mayonnaise,teaspoon of Mustard, salt and pepper and give it a stir. Give it a taste and add whatever you need extra of, then mix in with the other ingredients a little at a time until you get the desired creaminess of your coleslaw.
Pop it into a container with a lid and leave in the fridge for an hour.
If you don't like mayonnaise you can use Greek style yoghurt instead :) it's yummy!
Enjoy as a side with Pizza or salads etc.
