Perfect Boiled Eggs

Say goodbye to rubbery boiled eggs with discoloured yolks and say hello to these perfectly boiled eggs with beautiful fluffy orange yolks :)

Place eggs in a pan with a tablespoon of salt.

Add cold water just until the eggs are covered.

Bring the water to a rolling boil and simmer for 2 minutes. And take the pan of the heat.

Cover the pan (leaving the water in) and set aside for 15 minutes.

The shell will come away easily as salt was added to the water.

Slice eggs with a sharp knife and enjoy with a salad or a sand which or any recipe that requires boiled eggs.

You can leave them whole in the fridge if not eating straight away :)
