Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberry,Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

This is a delicious alternative to toast and cereal for brekkie :) and the best bit is that it's totally healthy so you can indulge :) and it will keep you full until lunch time :)
 Ripe Banana
2 table spoons Vanilla yoghurt ( I use low fat)
splash of orange juice
Table spoon of muesli

Method and preparation:
Freeze the fruits over night ( no need for ice)
Add all the ingredients above into a blender and whizz it up for about 30 seconds.
Pour into glass and enjoy :)
