Chocolate pouring sauce

Chocolate pouring sauce :)

This sauce is so yummy and versatile and lasts forever in the fridge ( not in my house lol )

1/2 pint Milk
3 table spoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tablespoon Butter

Preparation Method:
Pour milk into a pan
Add butter
Heat on a medium heat until the butter has melted
sift the cocoa powder and flour into the milk
Stir and bring to the boil stirring all the time
once it reaches boiling point cook for no more than 6 minutes and take of the heat.
stir for a few minutes and let it cool before bottling it up.
Make sure the bottle is clean.
I use a bottle that had olive oil in it, it's great for pouring as it has a sort of spout thing inside which can be removed for cleaning :)

Pop it in the the fridge until ready to use :) This is yummy on Ice cream, waffles, pancakes or milk shakes.
