Home made Naan

Nommilicious Naan

This is very easy yeast free recipe and just as delicious! I make it a lot and it turns out nice every time :)

3 cups self rising flour
pinch of salt 
Small tub of plain live yoghurt 

Preparation Method:
mix all the above ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for 5 mins.
Form dough into a ball and place in in a lightly oiled bowl coating the dough with lightly oiled palms.
Cover bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place ( undisturbed) for 45 mins- 1 hour until it doubles in size.
Preheat oven to 190
Turn out dough onto a floured surface and punch the dough to get air out of it and knead gently for a minute.
Roll Naan into desired size and shape and place on a greased and floured oven tray and cook in the middle shelf for 8- 10 mins.
Enjoy warm with curries etc.
You can also add flavouring like garlic , cheese, cumin etc to the dough :)
