These cookies were actually an experiment to see what they would turn out like. Well they were gorgeous so I decided to share the recipe with you :)
1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup sugar (white)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp hot water
choc chips as needed
2 table spoons of choco Hazelnut spread ( you can use nutella)
Pre heat the oven to 175
Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time , then stir in the vanilla extract.
Dissolve the baking soda in hot water and it to the the batter along with the salt.
Now sift in the flour and add the chocolate chips and hazelnut spread.
mix well to make a cookie batter ( not dough)
Drop large spoonfuls on un greased baking trays and bake in the oven for 10- 15 minutes ( check after 10 mins)
Let the cookies cool slightly and enjoy warm or let cool completely.
Yummy with a cuppa or a nice glass of cold milk :)
