Spicy Cashews

These spicy cashews are great for a snack and so easy to make and most of all they are deliciously moreish :)

Raw cashew nuts as needed
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
pinch of cumin powder
pinch of coriander powder
pinch of cinnamon powder

Preparation Method :

Add oil to a large pan and heat on a medium heat.
and add cashews to the pan.

Roast the cashews until they get a lovely golden brown colour stirring continuously to ensure they don't burn.
Once the cashews are nicely roasted remove the pan of the heat.

Now add all the dry spices and mix well.

Let the spicy cashews cool down and serve in a bowl.


Store in a air tight container until ready to use.

Great with drinks or just as a snack :)

Warning: these are very moreish and may be gone in 60 seconds :p
